  • First Time At H|H
    Getting to class about 10-15 minutes early allows you some time to check in, settle in and prepare for class. Doors are open 25 min prior to the start of class. In order to avoid disruption, late arrivals will not be admitted into class. Front door will be locked 5 min before start time. Please practice parking lot etiquette and do not park in spaces of adjacent businesses.
  • Cancellation Policy
    You have 2 hours prior to class to cancel your spot if you can no longer attend class. Cancelling within the 2 hour window before class will result in a No-Show. No-Show will result in a $7 fee, invoiced to email on file. Failure to pay invoice promptly will result in a suspended membership.
  • Bookings/Wait List
    You are able to book a class 1 week prior. If the class is full, you join the waitlist! If a spot opens up, you will receive an email. You will have 30 minutes to claim, or open spot will go to next in line.
  • What to Bring?
    Water! Be sure to drink water before, during, and after your practice. All of our classes are heated so your body needs an adequate fund of water to allow for perspiration and release of heat. We recommend to replenish with electrolytes. If you feel dizzy and nauseous during class, this may be a sign that your body is not properly hydrated.
