Frequently Asked Questions
Getting to class about 10-15 minutes early allows you some time to check in, settle in and prepare for class. Doors are open 25 min prior to the start of class.
In order to avoid disruption, late arrivals will not be admitted into class. Front door will be locked 5 min before start time.
Please practice parking lot etiquette and do not park in spaces of adjacent businesses.
Water! Be sure to drink water before, during, and after your practice. All of our classes are heated so your body needs an adequate fund of water to allow for perspiration and release of heat. We recommend to replenish with electrolytes. If you feel dizzy and nauseous during class, this may be a sign that your body is not properly hydrated.
