CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

CIRCUIT

This class incorporates many types of equipment and body weight movements moving in a circuit, Tabata-style!

TOTAL BODY

This class is a total body weight lifting, heart pumping, jack of all trade's workout. This will shape and tone your entire body, increase core strength, and improve your cardio game. This class is similar to our strength classes but with added cardio movements. 

BODY SCULPT

This class is a full-body, non-aerobic workout utilizing dumbbells, bands and body weight. 

BUTTS + GUTS

Butts and guts dials in on the glutes, hamstrings, and core. You'll be sure to hit every angle of the booty and core. Moves can include: donkey kicks, deadlifts, sit ups, crunches. May include cardio to get the deep glute burn. 

CARDIO FUSION

Join us for Cardio Fusion, an exhilarating TOTAL BODY workout designed to ignite your cardiovascular system and sculpt every muscle in your body. This dynamic class seamlessly blends high-intensity cardio with strength training, ensuring you get the most out of every minute. 

HIP HOP SCULPT

This isn't a dance class, but a medium intensity class of movement that will keep you long, lean and toned. It is set to LOUD UNCENSORED hip hop music allowing you to tap into freedom and transformation. We use light and heavy weights while we sculpt and sweat (and sometimes sing to the amazing playlist). 

GLUTES, CORE & PELVIC FLOOR

Your pelvic floor muscles support every movement that you make. Apart from the limbs, they bear the weight of the entire torso! This class focuses on form, technique and building strength in 3 of the most important body areas. Class will incorporate abdominal, low back and glute exercises all while engaging and strengthening the pelvic floor. You will utilize resistance bands, a small 9 inch ball and occasionally hand weights. Low impact, slow movements, but also intense, this class will be like nothing you've tried before! 

TOTAL BODY STRENGTH

This class is designed to target major muscle groups and enhance overall strength and endurance that includes a variety of resistance training and bodyweight exercises to sculpt and tone your body. Core-strengthening exercises will be integrated throughout the class to enhance stability and support for the spine. This may include planks, twists, and other core-specific movements. There will be NO CARDIO. 

LOWER BODY STRENGTH

This dynamic session is crafted to enhance strength, improve posture, and sculpt your arms, shoulders, chest, and core muscles for a toned and powerful physique. 

CHEST/BACK

This workout combines compound movements for both the chest and back, along with targeted core ensuring a comprehensive and effective session. 

UPPER BOD + CORE

This dynamic session is crafted to enhance strength, improve posture, and sculpt your arms, shoulders, chest, and core muscles for a toned and powerful physique. 

REJUVINATE/ACTIVATE

Join Tanner as he takes you through a series of movements to help you release toxins in your body through foam rolling. Allowing you to break down the lactic acid and scar tissue build up throughout your entire body. Tanner will then correctly teach you how to safely activate your posterior chain, helping make you more aware of your posture when exercising and properly carrying yourself through every day life. Creating a healthier happier pain-free you! 

SHOULDERS/BIS/TRIS

This workout combines targeted strength training for the upper body with core exercises as a buffer to give you a well-rounded and effective session. 

UPPER BODY STRENGTH

This class is designed to target major muscle groups and enhance overall strength and endurance that includes a variety of resistance training and bodyweight exercises to sculpt and tone your body. Core-strengthening exercises will be integrated throughout the class to enhance stability and support for the spine. This may include planks, twists, and other core-specific movements. There will be NO CARDIO. 

LOWER BOD + CARDIO

Get ready to transform your lower body and boost your cardiovascular fitness with our dynamic "Lower Body Sculpt and Cardio Blast" class! This energizing workout is designed to target and tone your legs, glutes, and core while keeping your heart rate elevated for maximum calorie burn. 

HIIT + ABS

High Intensity Interval Training. Full body workout with intense, short intervals (20, 30, or 45 seconds) followed by 10-15 seconds of active recovery to sculpt, define, and strengthen your body. An energetic, effective class to burn calories and have FUN! 

LOWER BODY STRENGTH

This class is designed to target major muscle groups and enhance overall strength and endurance that includes a variety of resistance training and bodyweight exercises to sculpt and tone your body. Core-strengthening exercises will be integrated throughout the class to enhance stability and support for the spine. This may include planks, twists, and other core-specific movements. There will be NO CARDIO. 

HEATWAVE

This class is a mixture of HIIT, cross-training, agility, pilates, barre & yoga! 

KETTLEBELL KINETICS

Kettlebell Kinetics is designed to be a dynamic and intense fitness session that incorporates kettlebells to enhance strength, cardiovascular endurance, and overall functional fitness. The workout typically includes a series of exercises that target multiple muscle groups, combining strength training with cardiovascular conditioning. 

This gym is the most welcoming, inclusive place I have ever worked out at! I love it!
