Service Description
Bring A Yoga Mat & Water! No Shoes, Please! Barre sculpt is a fun play on our standard Barre class. While Barre sculpt also has sequences at the barre, many of the class movements are away from the barre. Expect an effective mix of body weight, body resistance, and light free weights to create a full body sculpting class.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation permitted up to 2 hours prior to start time. ****Card details must be provided in order to book a class. Failure to adhere to policy will result in an auto-withdrawal $7 NO SHOW FEE.
