Service Description
Bring Gym Shoes & Water! A full-body, strength-based workout designed to build muscle, boost endurance, and keep you moving. You'll rotate through timed stations that target every major muscle group using a mixture of weights, bands, and bodyweight exercises. Each round is guided and scalable, so whether you're new to strength training or looking to push yourself further, you'll leave feeling stronger, energized and accomplished!

Cancellation permitted up to 2 hours prior to start time. ****Card details must be provided in order to book a class. Failure to adhere to policy will result in an auto-withdrawal $7 NO SHOW FEE.
