Service Description
Bring A Yoga Mat & Water! No Shoes, Please! Your pelvic floor muscles support every movement that you make. Apart from the limbs, they bear the weight of the entire torso! This class focuses on form, technique and building strength in 3 of the most important body areas. Class will incorporate abdominal, low back and glute exercises all while engaging and strengthening the pelvic floor. You will utilize resistance bands, a small 9 inch ball and occasionally hand weights. Low impact, slow movements, but also intense, this class will be like nothing you've tried before!

Cancellation permitted up to 2 hours prior to start time. ****Card details must be provided in order to book a class. Failure to adhere to policy will result in an auto-withdrawal $7 NO SHOW FEE.
