Service Description
The (modified) MURPH workout pays homage to Navy Lieutenant Michael Murphy and combines strength and endurance in an intense fitness challenge. This workout consists of a 1-mile run, followed by 100 sit-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 squats, and capped off with another 1-mile run. Join us to honor his legacy and push your limits in a supportive, energizing environment HH!

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation permitted up to 2 hours prior to start time. ****Card details must be provided in order to book a class. Failure to adhere to policy will result in an auto-withdrawal $7 NO SHOW FEE.
