Service Description

Bring Yoga Mat & Water! No Shoes, Please! A deeply calming, nervous-system-healing experience. This slow practice uses long-held restorative postures to gently release the body while crystal sound bowl frequencies guide you into deep relaxation. Expect minimal movement, stillness in poses, and a sound-infused savasana to restore balance, clarity, and inner peace.

Cancellation permitted up to 2 hours prior to start time. ****Card details must be provided in order to book a class. Failure to adhere to policy will result in an auto-withdrawal $7 NO SHOW FEE.
