Bring Gym Shoes & Water! Join Tanner as he takes you through a series of movements to help you release toxins in your body through foam rolling. Allowing you to break down the lactic acid and scar tissue build up throughout your entire body. Tanner will then correctly teach you how to safely activate your posterior chain, helping make you more aware of your posture when exercising and properly carrying yourself through every day life. Creating a healthier happier pain-free you!
